A Clinical Study on the Effects of Fenazox in Low Back Pain

Abstract
|
|
|
A Clinical study Was performed in 31 cases of low back pain to determine the effect of Fenaz ox. Patients were given the daily dose of 50mg four times a day of Fenazox for 2 weeks. The results were as follows;
1. After 2 weeks treatment, the change of the degree in general symptoms was shown 87.1% mild or non-symptoms.
2. In general symptoms the improvements were shown as 93.5% fair or better effect(29 cases),
67.7% good or better effect(21 cases) and 32.3% excellent effect(10 cases).
3. As an unfavorable side effect, there was 8 cases of mild gastroenteric trouble and no laboratory abnormality.
4. The above results suggested that Fenazox seemed to be effective and safe in the treatment of low back pain.
